John Daly will miss the PGA Championship

Ex-winner John Daly will not be part of the upcoming PGA Championship, the tournament coordinators told the media today, and his place will take Stephan Jaeger (Germany).

John, who triumphed in the tournament back in 1991, has missed a lot of PGA Tour competitions in the last 2 years, but when he plays, he is the fans’ favorite entertainer.

John Daly has withdrawn from the PGA Championship due to injury.

Daly also withdrew from the Zurich Classic in April.

The PGA Championship will start on Thursday at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester in the Big Apple.
