John Isner will end his professional career after the upcoming US Open. The 38-year-old American, who has been playing since 2007, has 16 singles titles, with the one in Miami in 2018 being the most significant of his career.
“After 17 years, it’s time to say goodbye to professional tennis. The transition won’t be easy, but I’m going to spend every second with my family and that makes me happy. The US Open will be my last tournament,” Isner announced.
