Jrue Holiday shares he doesn’t have a chip on his shoulder as the Celtics player enters his 1st matchup against Milwaukee but added that a heads-up 2 months ago from the organization that they are going to trade him would have been greatly admired.
Jrue Holiday on Bucks trade: “I think they got what they wanted so I can’t be mad at that… I’m in the best place that I can be to compete against them” pic.twitter.com/Sn9jRHuYVU

“No,” Jrue shared matter-of-factly after a shootaround at the Boston’s training facility today. “I think the Bucks did what they anticipated, so I can’t hold any grudges about that.
“A notice would’ve been the right thing to do, according to me. But other than that, I’m in the best place that I can be to face them at the moment, which is for the contender in the Eastern Conference and, hopefully, the best team in the NBA at the end of the season.”
A National Basketball League champ in 2021, Jrue was traded to the Trail Blazers but ended up in the Boston Celtics after another trade.
