Juventus’ penalty of 15 points deducted from their Serie A standings has been lifted pending a new trial to further clarify the capital gains controversy, so if they are penalized it will be in the 2023-24 season.
This immediately pushes Juve into third place in Serie A with 59 points, displacing Roma into fourth, AC Milan into fifth and Inter into sixth.

It also means that the bans of Andrea Agnelli, Maurizio Arrivabene, Federico Cherubini and ex-Tottenham director Fabio Paratici have also been lifted.
Juventus’ lawyers argued that the entire verdict should be overturned and the case closed, but the club would have to appear in court again, possibly with even more evidence involving other clubs.
