The Italian Companies and Exchange Commission has reportedly uncovered some issues with Juventus’ financial statements for last year.
According to Corriere dello Sport Consob have discovered some ‘critical issues’ regarding the financial statements dated June 30, 2022, and December 31, 2022, which allegedly may not comply with international accounting standards and could lead to another penalty for the Old Lady.

Last season the club face multiple issues, which saw their previous board and president Andrea Agnelli handed bans by the FIGC for capital gains issues and the now-infamous ‘salary manoeuvres’. The issues culminated in a point-deduction and agreement with UEFA to miss out on European competition this season.
