Juventus are set to pay €718,000 as part of the compensation to the Italian authorities over their case of irregular payments, which eventually saw the Old Lady proven guilty.
The team from Turin was deducted 10 points last week and the settlement means that the two side agree there will be no further penalties applied.
The Italian Football Federation(FIGC) handed out individual fines to several members, including former vice-chairman Pavel Nedved and ex-sporting and managing director Fabio Paratici.
Juventus released a statement, where they say the agreement will allow the club to achieve “definite results” and deal with “state of tension and instability”.
It also gives opportunity for better planning for the upcoming transfer window.
Juventus were initially handed a 15-points deduction, which was overturned in April to be re-examined.
The latest 10-points deduction means the Old Lady dropped back to 7th without a chance for the Champions League spots. However, they could still qualify for Europa League as they travel to Udinese for the final round of the Serie A.
