Sacramento have $7.7 million left on their salary cap
Trey Lyles will stay with the Sacramento Kings next season. The Canadian winger signed a new two-year contract with the Kings, which will bring him $16 million.
Sacramento has nine players under guaranteed contracts and now the maximum they can offer a new player is $7.7 million.
Sacramento acquired the rights to Chris Duarte. The 26-year-old Dominican guard arrives in the capital of California from the Indiana Pacers for a draft pick.

Last season, Duarte played in 46 games with the Pacers, averaging 7.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists.
