The Reds player Andy Robertson is set to miss more matches, and the expectations at the moment are that the defender will not play until February, his head coach admitted today.
Andy is “not even close” to returning to training as he still suffers from a dislocated shoulder his injury happened during the international break in October while playing for Scotland.
“He still needs more range in his shoulder. Robertson is still not even close to practicing with his teammates,” the German manager shared with the reporters today.
“Andy can do a lot, everything without using the arm properly, which is positive, but on the other side, it shows we must wait before he is able to start training. For sure, I believe that he will be sidelined in January. Robertson must take his time to fully recover and be at 100% before he is playing again.”
Jurgen Klopp says Liverpool are in the middle of something “really positive” one year on from the “horrible time” his side were facing last season.
