Anthony Davis scored 25 points and had 13 rebounds, whereas LeBron James added another 21 points and 8 assists to Laker’s tally. James had a sluggish start as he recorded 0 shots in the first period for the first time in his career as far as playoff games are concerned.
D’Angelo Russel had 21 points, 15 of which came from 3-pointers.
The Warriors had a difficult night and despite leading the first quarter, they were unable to pull their act together and were eventually overpowered by the Lakers. They will be looking to overturn their fortunes in Game 4, otherwise they face the prospect of going 3-1 down with a mountain to climb.
