“In the past several hours, at Enel-Med Szpital Centrum, we examined 3 footballers who were injured in the friendly vs. Turkey… Robert Lewandowski sustained a torn biceps femoris muscle, which will sideline him from playing in the 1st game of his country at the Euro 2024. We are doing our best for our captain to be able to be on the pitch in the 2nd game vs. Austria,” the nation’s team doctor Jacek Jaroszewski revealed.
We can see Lewandowski on the pitch on June 21st vs. Austria. Their final group-stage game will be on June 25th vs. France.
