He won't be on the bench for the match against Sassuolo as well
Roma head coach Jose Mourinho has lost his appeal against his two-match Serie A ban for his reactions when he was sent off in the 2-1 loss at Cremonese in late February.
Mourinho, who was sent off by referee Marco Piccinini early in the second half, was also fined €10,000 and will miss Roma’s games against Sassuolo on Sunday and the Lazio derby on March 19.
The Portuguese coach was allowed to sit on the bench in the 1-0 win over Juventus after his suspension was suspended on appeal.
