David Moyes will keep his place as West Ham boss next season after holding talks with club co-owner David Sullivan.
The 60-year-old led his team to a memorable victory in the Conference League, securing their first title since 1980.
He was given a hero welcome by the fans, but the Scot had been contemplating whether to call it a day at the east London team.
West Ham had been struggling in the Premier League, with Moyes close to sacking on 3 different occasions.
However, that changed drastically after the Conference League trophy with the board giving the head-coach the green light to stay at West Ham.
‘We believed in him. We came in for a lot of pressure from supporters, the press and everyone who seemed mad on making changes but we believe in honouring contracts,’ Sullivan said.
