Pittsburgh Steelers CB Cameron Sutton has been suspended has been banned 8 matches without pay for violating the league’s personal conduct policy, the NFL revealed today.

Sutton will be eligible to return Tuesday, October 29th, after Pittsburgh’s Week 8 match vs. the NY Giants.
Cameron (29) entered a pretrial diversion program a few months ago to resolve a domestic violence case, the court records showed. The cornerback had been charged with misdemeanor battery after he turned himself in at the end of March after being wanted for weeks by the authorities.
The National Football League shared a probe of the incident and found that Cameron violated the personal conduct policy. The Steelers player is not appealing the punishment.
Sutton was a Detroit player at the time of his arrest, but the Lions released him after learning that the police wanted him. Cameron was 1 year into a 3-year, 33-million-dollar contract inked in 2023. The cornerback started every match in his lone campaign
