Nine people were injured after a shooting near the hall of the new NBA champion Denver Nuggets. Police have arrested one suspect, but it is not yet clear if the incident is related to the Champions Trophy celebrations.
The crime was committed at 00:30 that night local time and nearly three and a half hours after the end of the Denver Nuggets game against Miami Heat. Three of the wounded are in critical condition, and the only one arrested is among the other six, whose lives are not in danger.
The place of the accident is about half a mile from the Ball Arena.
