Dani Olmo has revealed he thinks Spain will be able to counter a hostile atmosphere at Berlin’s Olympiastadion in 2 days with England supporters expected to significantly outnumber their Spanish counterparts at the European final.
Officially, both countries receive the same 10,000 allocation from UEFA, with a spokesman from the Spanish Football Federation [RFEF] sharing they are aware of around 11,000 supporters with tickets for the match.
On the other hand, already almost 35,000 English fans are expected in Berlin and we can expect them at the stadium to support the Three Lions. Many more supporters are due to arrive in the German capital despite not having tickets for the Euro 2024 final.
“There might only be 11,000 in the stadium, but there are also 48 million back in our country cheering for us,” Olmo shared with the reporters today when made aware of the disparity between the support for the 2 countries.”
Dani added that German supporters also outnumbered them in the ¼ final but in the end, Spain eliminated them.
