Philadelphia 76ers restricted free agent Paul Reed Jr. has inked a 3-year, 23 million dollar offer sheet with the Utah Jazz; his agent shared the news with the media.
Paul inked the offer sheet today in the morning. The 76ers will have until Sunday to match the offer and keep the forward, or he will join Utah.

One contract contains a unique clause: The 1st campaign of the deal is fully guaranteed, while the next 2 years become guaranteed if his franchise reaches the conference semifinals in 2023-24. In that situation, Philly would have to guarantee almost 16 million dollars total for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 campaigns than Utah.
If Philadelphia matches the offer sheet, they would go beyond the 165 million dollar luxury tax verge and must pay 14 million dollars extra in penalties.
