Chelsea is having troubles at the start of the new season, having picked up just five points in the opening five rounds in the Premier League and it’s definitely not the start fans were hoping for especially after the ludicrous amount of money spent on summer signings.
One of the main problems on the pitch is Nicolas Jackson’s temper as the forward is receiving many yellow cards for arguing with the referees.
“I have to say that I spoke to Jackson about this situation and we did it together with Enzo Fernandez. These are cheap yellow cards, he received warnings for protesting against the referees. He must realize that with such an approach he will soon put the team in a difficult situation,” Pochettino said.
“He is very young and will be a fantastic player but he has to remain calm and composed on the pitch. You can blame me, you can blame my players, but we need time to get used to each other. There is no doubt that this team has great talent, but it takes a little time,” said Pochettino.
