German car manufacturer Porsche has pulled out of Formula 1 following the introduction of new rules that will apply from 2026.
Porsche announced in April last year that it wanted to be part of Formula 1 and sometime around this time, Audi also confirmed that it planned to enter the fastest cars in the world.
Porsche had talks with Red Bull, but the Austrian team has decided to use Ford units from 2026.
