PSG and Newcastle fans got into a fight in a restaurant in central Paris last night. Tonight, the two teams face each other in a Champions League match from round 5 in the group stage.
In a video shared on social media, PSG fans can be seen throwing chairs, objects and torches at a venue where Newcastle fans were present. Beer glasses and plates fly in the air, and profanity and insults abound.

The attack by PSG fans is believed to be a response to fighting with Newcastle supporters which took place in England before the match between the two teams in October.
There were threats from PSG ultras on social media before the match. This was also the reason why the police in Paris ordered the bars to close early.
