Green Bay Packers‘ Rashan Gary is not making any predictions as to when is the likely date he will return after a torn anterior cruciate ligament, which ended his 2022 season.
“I’ll be ready when I’ll be ready,” Gary said while talking to reporters for the first time since injuring his knee in November.
“One thing I told myself is throughout this process I’m taking it day by day,”
“I’m just making sure I’m squeezing the towel as much as I can every day, making sure I’m not leaving not one inch of doubt of if I pushed it to my all, so that’s all, man. Just going 100% day by day and we’ll see where I’ll be.”
The 25-year-old had an impressive start to the 2022 campaign as he bagged at least one sack in Peckers’ first four games. His 6 sacks still remained second in the team’s ranking, despite him missing a significant part of the season.
The Green Bay team will certainly be looking for Gary’s return as they aim to put an end to their sloppy form, which saw them more than half of their games this season.
