Retired QB Drew Brees shares he’d still be on the field if he could throw a football with his right arm, but because of the major shoulder problem he sustained in 2005, that’s not something he can do now.
Drew (44) revealed today when questioned if any franchise in the NFL tried to ink him and made him come out of retirement. Brees retired from the National Football League in 2021 and claimed today that he could have played 1 or 2 more seasons if he hadn’t suffered this injury.
Hold up…Drew Brees is a lefty now? (No, not clickbait)

“Now, I’ll let you in on a little fact. I can’t throw with my right arm anymore. My right arm can’t be used to play football anymore. So, when I throw in my house, I throw only with my left hand.”
