Rex took the NY Jets to 2 AFC Championship Games while going 46-50 in 6 campaigns with the franchise, and he was 15-16 as Buffalo’s boss before being dismissed ahead of the final match of the 2016 campaign. Ryan made a career in the media since ESPN appointed him after his firing by the Bills.
He spent 4 years as Baltimore’s defensive coordinator before securing the Jets job, and Rex was famous for putting together strong units in both of his jobs despite the results with the Bills being worse.
