The Remington Group, part of which is the famous actor, yielded from the competition to try to buy the Canadian hockey franchise.
The final offers must be submitted before May 15th.
The group wanted more time to work out details with the city and commission over the land, but Sens directors denied their request.
Ryan, who owns Welsh football club Wrexham, who recently got promoted to the English League 2, along with Rob McElhenney, wanted to be part of the new owners of Ottawa Senators.
“I am trying to buy the franchise; it’s very costly, so I need a partner with a lot of money,” the Vancouver-born famous actor shared back in November last year.
