Paul Scholes expressed his criticism towards Manchester United, labeling the whole team as ‘lazy’ and ‘rubbish’ after their latest setback against Newcastle United on Saturday night.
The Red Devils succumbed to yet another Premier League defeat after a poor and lacklustre performance at St. James Park.
It mean United currently sit 7th in the table with only 24 points out of possible 42.

“Rubbish. They’re a poor football team at this minute,” lashed out Scholes.
“Those results they’ve had recently are misleading. Too many lazy players on the football team – you can’t get away with that.”
“Going to these places, the first thing you do is work hard. You can see the joy that Newcastle are getting down both sides and feel sorry for the full backs.”
Scholes was particularly critical of Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes, who have definitely underperformed not only on Saturday, but throughout the whole season.
