A threatening message was left for world soccer superstar, Lionel Messi, in his hometown of Rosario.
Unknown assailants shot at the supermarket run by his wife Antonella Roccuzzo’s parents and left a message for Messi.
Around 2:00 in the morning, armed men opened fire on the supermarket in the star’s hometown and they publicly threatened him that they were waiting for him and he was next in line.
“Messi, we are waiting for you. Yavkin (the mayor of Rosario) is also a drug dealer and he won’t help you,” reads the message left after the shooting.
