The San Antonio Spurs have registered a record-breaking sales in tickets over the past couple of weeks, all thanks to Victor Wembanyama.
According to reports, the ticket sales “saw a 3,000% increase in year-over-year online traffic and sales” in the two days following Wembanyama’s selection in the NBA draft.
The 19-year-old is expected to give Spurs major boost as they aim to get back to the top having missed out on the postseason in the last 4 years.
