Dwayne Johnson is part of the group that will try to buy the NHL's Senators.
One of the world’s most famous persons, Dwayne Johnson, “The Rock,” is part of a team that will be bidding for Ottawa Senators.
Dwayne, with other venture capitalists, bought XFL in August 2020 and can also become part of the owners in the NHL. “The Rock” will try to get to hockey after Senators are for sale after the ex-owner Eugene Melnyk died last March.
The Hollywood star will be part of the bidders of the Neko Sparks group, which can offer almost 1 billion for the Canadian NHL franchise.
“With the Neko Sparks group, I’m told their big celebrity is… The Rock. Dwayne Johnson is apparently involved with the Neko Sparks group,” ex-TSN host Brent Wallace reported yesterday.
