The Canadian NHL organization shared that the move completes manager Sheldon Keefe’s staff for the upcoming campaign. The other coaches on his team are assistants Dean Chynoweth and Manny Malhotra, goalie coach Curtis Sanford and video analysts Jordan Bean and Sam Kim.
“One of my goals every off-season is to gather the best available team around me for the franchise to have the best chance to move forward,” the head coach claimed. “With Spencer Carbery’s leaving to become the manager of the Washington Capitals, I’m excited to work now with great coaches like Guy and Mike, as well as how the roles and responsibilities will be shared between us in the future.”
Boucher was a head coach of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Ottawa Senators.
Van Ryn worked as an assistant coach with the St. Louis Blues for the past 5 years.
