Valverde hits Baena after Real – Villarreal

The Real Madrid player Valverde jabbed Baena after tonight’s loss of Real Madrid against Villarreal 2-3 at Santiago Bernabeu.

It has nothing to do with the result; as reported, Baena insulted Federico Valverde by talking about his unborn child.

The Uruguayan midfielder of the Royal club expected Alex Baena in the park around the bus of the visiting team. The Real Madrid player wanted Alex to repeat what he said during the game.

The origin goes back to January 19^th when the two clubs faced each other on Copa del Rey, and Baena said then for the first time, “cry because your child won’t be born.”

It is not validated yet from official sources from Villarreal if Valverde’s claims are valid, but they condemned the violence.

It is unknown whether Alex Baena will institute legal proceedings against Federico.
