Max Verstappen shares Red Bull’s “need to do a better job” and that he sees no need to apologize for the radio exchange with his team during the Hungarian GP.
The world champ repeatedly criticized Red Bull during the race, mostly with swear words, during a race in which the Dutch finished 5th after a collision with Lewis Hamilton.
Max revealed: “I believe that Red Bull must apologize. We just need to be better in the future.
“I don’t understand why Formula 1 fans think you can’t be vocal on the radio. This is a competition. If some people don’t like that, don’t watch it.”
The thing that bothered Verstappen the most was that the team had a major upgrade on their bolid in Hungary, but they still were behind the tempo of the McLaren bolids.
Despite that, Max has 76 points lead over Lando and only a miracle until the end of the season could stop him from winning the world championship again.
