Zaha joined Manchester United in 2013 but only played 4 matches for the side, while the forward was sent 2 times on loans.
The Galatasaray striker (30) will face his former team in the Champions League today and was asked if his spell with the Red Devils bothers him.
“I’ll be straight when you look at my face. Do you think I am bothered by being part of Manchester United? No,” claimed the forward.
“I went through a time in my career; you either become stronger or die. It built my character. I chose that this isn’t the end of my career.”
Sir Alex Ferguson inked Zaha for the Red Devils, but by the time the Ivory Coast forward arrived at Old Trafford, David Moyes was at the helm of Manchester United and even after Moyes left, Louis van Gaal also wasn’t impressed by Zaha to give him a chance.
