Zlatan Ibrahimovic hasn’t changed his diet in years and has has strict rules about what he can’t put in his body.
The former Sweden international consumes mostly chicken breast, and sometimes has dried beef on his menu. There are also fruits and vegetables. He eats pasta only on special occasions.
Ibrahimovic breaks the strict rules only in the summer, when he eats something sweet, which he takes as a kind of reward. Of course, he does not go over the board with carbohydrates, because he wants his weight to be between 92 and 94 kilograms.
He follows the advice of Italian nutritionists who looked after him while he was playing for Juventus. Ibrahimovic must also eat eight almonds a day – they are rich in magnesium and healthy fats.
