The deal is believed to be around 90 million euros plus add-ons.
The Saudi Arabian club will now start personal negotiations with the 31-year-old striker in order to convince him to join them.
Neymar was acquired by PSG back in 2017 for a record-breaking transfer fee of 222 million euros from Barcelona.
The Brazilian missed PSG opening game on Saturday and it is believed he does not feature in new manager Luis Enrique’s plans.
The French team are looking to offload more of its highly-paid stars in order to rebuild the squad.
Lionel Messi already headed to Inter Miami, while Kylian Mbappe is unlikely to stay with the Parisiens.
Should Neymar leave for the Middle East he would become yet another high-profile name that heads towards Saudi Arabia.
