Julian Alvarez scored the 1st and only goal in the match with a fantastic shot after Phil Foden’s assist.
Newcastle had a few chances to score, but the final pass was the big problem tonight for the Magpies as Man. City were the better side overall.
Phil Foden won the Man of the Match as he deserved the award.
