In the 1st half, both teams had chances to score, but we didn’t see any goals during the 1st 45 minutes of the North London derby. Despite that, we saw 7 yellow cards – a new Premier League record for most cards in the 1st half.
The best chance to score in the 1st half was for Arsenal when Gabriel Martinelli had the chance to assist Bukayo Saka, but he decided to finish the attack inside the penalty area, but his shot was saved.

Jurrien Timber received a yellow card in the 37th minute as VAR reviewed it for a red card but confirmed it’s nothing more than a yellow.
Gabriel was the big hero in the North London derby as he headed the ball into the Spurs’ net in the 64th minute after an assist from Bukayo Saka after a corner. Arsenal kept the 1-goal lead until the end to win the 3 points.
