The Gunners humiliated its French opponent in London.

Arsenal humbled Lens 6-0 at Emirates in a matchup from the group stage in the Champions League as the North London club scored 5 goals in the 1st half.

Kai Havertz scored the 1st goal in the match in the 13th minute after Gabriel Jesus’ assist as the Brazilian doubled the result in the 21st minute after Saka’s assist. Only 2 minutes later, Bukayo Saka made it 3-0 for the Gunners after Gabriel Martinelli’s assist. The footballer who gave the assist again scored as Martinelli made it 4-0 after Takehiro Tomiyasu’s assist. The Japanese defender also gave the assist for the 5th goal of Arsenal to Martin Odegaard in the extra time of the 1st half.

Jorginho converted a penalty in the final minutes of the match for 6-0.

Arsenal is in 1st place in Group B with 12 points after 5 matches and secured the top place after tonight, while Lens is in 3rd place with 5 points after 5 games.
