Arsenal survive to beat Spurs 3-2 in North London derby

The Gunners scored 3 goals against Spurs in the 1st half.

Arsenal won against Tottenham 3-2 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the derby of North London and remained in the 1st place in the Premier League with 4 more points than 2nd Manchester City, but the Sky Blues have 2 games in hand as they will play in 30 minutes against at Nottingham one of these matches.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg netted an own goal in the 15th minute to give the Gunners the lead after a corner. Arsenal doubled its lead after a phenomenal counterattack as Kai Havertz provided a phenomenal pass to Bukayo Saka, who entered the penalty area with the ball and scored with his left foot for 2-0.

Problems after corners for Spurs continued and Kai Havertz netted a header in the 38th minute for 3-0 as Declan Rice provided the assist.

Raya made an awful mistake as he passed the ball to Christian Romero and the Argentinian scored in the 64th minute to make it 3-1.

Heung-Min Son converted a penalty in the 87th minute to make Spurs deficit only 1 goal.

The referee gave 6 minutes extra time, but the Gunners survived and remained in the title fight.
