Arsenal destroyed Chelsea 5-0 at Emirates Stadium and are in the 1st place in the Premier League with 77 points after 34 matches – 3 more than Liverpool but the Reds have a game in hand, and 4 more than Manchester City but the Sky Blues have 2 games in hand.
Leandro Trossard started from the 1st minute on the pitch and scored the opening goal in the game in the 4th minute after Declan Rice’s assist. That’s now the 1st half ended.

However, in the 2nd half, Arteta’s side destroyed the Blues with 4 goals within 18 minutes. Ben White doubled Arsenal’s lead in the 50th minute before Kai Havertz’s brace as the German netted in the 57th and in the 65th minute to make the lead 4-0.
Ben White also scored twice as he made it 5-0 with a phenomenal shot inside the penalty area that looked like a pass but ended up in Chelsea’s net.
The Gunners’ next match in the Premier League will be on Sunday – another London derby against Spurs at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Arsenal's 5-0 victory against Chelsea is their biggest ever win over the Blues across any competition in their history.
