The defensive midfielder from West Ham United will be the 1st footballer that the Spaniard will do anything possible to convince to join his team when the transfer windows open. The Gunners will also consider adding a striker and defender.
Declan will have only 1 year left of his deal with West Ham in the summer, as the Hammers will activate a clause of his deal to keep him for 12 months more. However, David Moyes is ready to sell him because Rice doesn’t want to sign a new long-term contract and will look for around 100 million pounds for him.
The other priorities for Arsenal are Moises Caicedo, Moussa Diaby, and Marc Guehi.
