Atletico Madrid humiliate Rayo Vallecano 7-0 in La Liga

Atletico Madrid thrashed Rayo Vallecano 7-0 at Campo de Futbol de Vallecas and got 2^nd victory in the opening 3 games of the new season, as Simeone’s side is still undefeated.

The half-time result was 3-0 for Atletico Madrid after goals from Antoine Griezmann, Memphis Depay, and Nahuel Molina. Depay left with an injury in the 35^th minute as Alvaro Morata replaced him.

Morata made it 4-0 for his team in the 73^rd minute as Angel Correa netted for 5-0 in the 79^th minute. In the 86^th minute, Morata netted his 2^nd goal in the match after entering the match as a substitute in the 1^st half, and 2 minutes later, the humiliation continued when Marcos Llorente scored to make it 7-0 in front of Rayo Vallecano’s fans at Campo de Futbol de Vallecas.
