Barkov notches twice, Panthers trash Bruins 6-1 to even series

Aleksander Barkov finished with 2 goals and 2 assists, Sam Reinhart had 4 assists, and the Florida Panthers humiliated the Boston Bruins 6-1 at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, FL, to even the 2^nd-round matchup at a match apiece.

Brandon Montour scored and provided 2 assists, and Steven Lorentz, Gustav Forsling, and Eetu Luostarinen also notched. Florida chased Boston’s starter  Jeremy Swayman at the beginning of the 3^rd period after 4 consecutive goals, then added 2 more vs. Linus Ullmark.

Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 15 shots for Florida. The 5-goal margin matched the Panthers’ biggest in a postseason match, evening the mark set vs. the Lightning in another 6-1 win on April 29^th.
