The deal is set to be made after successful advanced talks between the two sides.
According to reports the price tag for the transfer is 40 million euros as the 31-year-old will receive a net salary by the same prize.
Mane joined the Bavarians last summer after a highly successful spell at Liverpool, but he failed to produce the same quality at Munich, bagging only 12 goals in 38 appearances.
His status was further tarnished after a bust-up with teammate Leroy Sane in a Champions League match against Manchester City. Manager Thomas Tuchel admitted that the striker ‘fell short of expectations’.
The move to Al-Nassr will see Mane link up with Cristiano Ronaldo in what promises to be a deadly duo.
Since acquiring the Portuguese back in January, the Saudi club has went on to attract plenty of high profile names and certainly are force to be reckoned with.
