Tottenham Hotspur were adamant that their captain is not for sale, therefore declined the first offer, estimated to be around £60m.
However, the German champions believe that raising the transfer fee would surely make Daniel Levy interested and turn him to personal talks with Kane.
The Bayern’s board itself looks split over Kane’s decision with Uli Hoeness implying the fee is too high, while technical director Michael Reschke stating that the 29-year-old should be the club’s top priority as he is among the top 3 number nines in the world along with Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland.
The England’s international future still lies in the balance as he is likely to leave the London team in search of a team that will assure him winning trophies.
