Bayern Munich overcame Werder Bremen 2-1 at Weserstadion and secured 1st place after this week in Bundesliga as they played before Dortmund.

The 1st goal for the Bavarian club came in the 62nd minute as Serge Gnabry scored after Jamal Musiala’s assist. Ten minutes later, Leroy Sane made it 2-0 after Noussair Mazraoui’s pass.
Niklas Schmidt scored for Werder in the 87th minute, but the time till the end was not enough for the Bremen team to have a chance to tie the clash and get a point.
Thomas Tuchel’s club is in 1st place with 65 points after 31 matches – 4 more than Dortmund that will play their game in hand tomorrow. They will face Schalke 04 at home next week.
Werder Bremen is in 12th place with 35 points after 31 games. The team will travel to play against RB Leipzig next week.
