Ben Chilwell will undergo a scan to asses the hamstring injury he sustained during Chelsea’s 1-0 win over Brighton in the Carabao Cup.
The left-back walked off the pitch in the closing stages of his team win in visible pain. He did manage to walk on his own, but results from the scan will have to show the full extent of the injury.

Chilwell is no stranger to hamstring issues as he missed out on the 2022 World Cup in Qatar due to one and now it is believed it is exactly the same problem.
Chelsea will be eager to know the results as another lengthy absence will be a setback for them and will add up to the long list of injured players. The England international is one of Pochettino’s most important player and losing him will severely hamper his and the team’s aspirations.
