Rodrigo Bentancur is set to miss many matches due to the ankle problem he sustained in Spurs’ 2-1 loss against Aston Villa in London.
On his return to the starting 11 since tearing his ACL at the beginning of the year, Rodrigo spent only 32 minutes on the pitch before a very hard foul from the Villians player Matty Cash forced him out of the game.

Two months/two months and half is the expectation for Bentancur’s recovery.

Tottenham player underwent scans today on his ankle, and the results are not positive – he can be for over 2 months.
That’s another injury blow for Spurs as Ange Postecoglou’s team is plagued with injured players that can’t help the side, and as a result, Tottenham are in a series of 3 defeats in a row in Premier League after the fantastic start of the campaign that saw them undefeated in their 1st 10 matches.
