Kevin Pillar and Ronald Acuna Jr. hit a two-run homer in the 2nd inning.
3 other players registered two-run shots for Atlanta-Orlando Arcia, Austin Riley and Marcell Ozuna. Charlie Morton had an excellent performance, striking out a season record 10 and limiting the Rangers to seven singles and one walk in almost 7 innings.
“It was a big win. We let one get away (Sunday),” Braves manager Brian Snitker commented. “It was great to come out and swing the bats. And Charlie was awesome.”
