Moises Caicedo has officially signed for Chelsea for an initial transfer fee of £100m, which could rise up to a record-breaking British deal of £115m with add-ons.
Moisés Caicedo: “I am so happy to join Chelsea! I am so excited to be here at this big club and I didn’t have to think twice when Chelsea called me”. 🔵🇪🇨

The additional £15m will be based on performance and the Seagulls are expected to receive the prize as quickly as possible.
The two clubs reached an agreement on Sunday evening and it was left only to the player to negotiate personal terms.
Brighton already agreed £111m with Liverpool, but the 21-year-old rejected the Reds in favor of Stamford Bridge.
“I didn’t have to think twice when Chelsea called me, I just knew I wanted to sign for the club,” Caicedo said.
“It’s a dream come true to be here and I can’t wait to get started with the team.”
Should Chelsea pay the extra £15m Caicedo will become England’s most expensive transfer, topping Enzo Fernandes £107m move from Benfica in January.
