With Jonathan Huberdeau on the bench, the Flames got back in the match with 3 goals in the 3rd period as their goals were left unanswered, and they won the match.
Nazem Kadri assisted Blake Coleman, who notched the winning goal before securing the triumph with an empty netter to secure the Calgary Flames 4-2 triumph against the Nashville Predators, which secured Flames victories in a row for the 1st time in the current campaign.

“It’s 2 consecutive wins; you can see the confidence growing in our players and the organization, and we show it on the ice,” shared Coleman. “Confidence is a big thing in the NHL, and it makes a big difference, and when many of the guys became confident, that’s when franchises start to win.”
Nashville will face the Jets on Thursday in their final match from the 5-game road trip, while Calgary will play against the Maple Leafs in Toronto on Friday.
The highest paid player in Calgary Flames history, stapled to the bench for the ENTIRE third period. Can we just trade him for Gaudreau back (who has been really struggling this season in Columbus) and pretend this Huberdeau thing never happened? pic.twitter.com/cPcisekX97
