Free agent Cameron Payne signed with the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday.
The 29-year-old guard spent last season with the Phoenix Suns, where he averaged 10.3 points, 4.5 assists and 2.2 rebounds per game. In the summer, he was selected by the San Antonio Spurs, and shortly after he was released by Spurs.
Payne, who was selected No. 14 overall in the 2015 draft by the Oklahoma City Thunder, played for Phoenix the past four seasons. In his career, he also wore the jersey of Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers.

Payne has seen action in 53 career playoff games, including an NBA Finals appearance in 2021. He owns postseason averages of 6.4 points, 2.4 assists and 1.8 rebounds per game. Milwaukee’s roster is now at 21 players as it begins training camp.
